Our wool comb online workshop is designed for those that have no experience in the art of wool combing or for those that want to explore more about using their combs. As a workshop I demonstrate wool combing techniques using mini combs. Participants will cover all aspects of wool combing from basics to using the combs for blending fibre types and colours. We will explore the use of a diz to produce your own top.
The workshop can be run within 1 hour, but I have no problems if you need a little more time to ask questions etc.
The workshop will be recorded and you will be emailed the link to the recording. It can then be viewed online or even downloaded to your computer/device to be watched when you need a refresher on what we had done in the workshop.
I have a sample kit of workshop fibres available for $15.00 (includes postage). With the kit you will be working with the same fibres that I am. They are in the Online Workshop section of our shop.
Participants don’t necessarily need to own wool combs. My demonstration is instructional and it will help you decide if you would like to own some wool combs in the future.
